Works good where theres not competing noise. Best for watching tv or one on one conversation in a quiet area. have trouble keeping them behind my ears! The only setting that woks is no.2(1&crowded area setting are just like turning them off, and3-4 setting shrill and screeches. 2 setting is too loud, but I hope I get used to it.

Out stanifing in order filing and shipping..

The aid worked great out of the box with no reguired "tinkering." Do reccommend the custom ear molds thoguh..I already had mine when I ordred//

The online hearing test is a big plus also..
