While the unit itself is capable, it fits poorly and is probably designed for a man. Additionally, it was to have arrived with a choice of mushroom ear buds in different sizes. It arrived with only one attached. I would not recommend this unit for a woman or a smaller man.

My Arena 1P+ is great. Sounds really good, very easy to operate. I've used other mail order aids for many years but this is one of the best for the price I've seen. Great product, far better than I expected. But, one piece of advise buy for both ears at the same time. I was unsure and wanted to try it out first. One week later I was completely happy and went to order for the other ear, but sadly it was no longer available. Trust Lloyds they are really great and order for both ears.
